Access to the course is by invitation only and requires completion of a volunteer profile. The Cognia Lead Evaluator Professional Learning Initiative is about the creation of a collective learning place. This “learning place” will be where we, as Lead Evaluators, can remain up-to-date, engage and interact with our Mentors and each other, and find vital connections for support. Its purpose is to keep us connected to the protocol as it evolves and to each other.
All certified Lead Evaluators will be invited to participate in their regional Professional Learning Community. It is critical that we stay current and engaged and this media will provide this opportunity. As we learn more about our processes, practices and tools, the PLC will allow us the opportunity to give feedback and to contribute to the work in a more meaningful way.
