Coaching that Supports Teacher Growth

This lab will support instructional leaders implementing coaching cycles in their school. Participants will learn about Cognitive Coaching approaches within a familiar coaching framework. Resources will help to develop understanding of key aspects of effective coaching cycles and will prepare participants to conduct a coaching cycle with a teacher.
