Framing a Theory of Action (Evaluating)

This lab is designed to support Leadership Teams in designing strategy and related tools to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives. More specifically, teams will define a problem of practice, draft theory of action relationships, and connect these theories to working models that show key change relationships in the improvement process.
