Introduction to the Teacher Observation Tool

This lab is designed as a common starting point for instructional leaders and teachers to gain familiarity and understanding of the purpose, design, and use of the Teacher Observation Tool. Participants will work collaboratively to apply new learning to their school context through observation and group design activities.
