Observing the Culture and Climate Dimension

Activities for this Learning Lab are designed to deepen understanding of items within the Culture & Climate Dimension in order to prepare instructional leaders to observe and provide feedback. Leaders will benefit from resources and activities aligned to the Culture & Climate Dimension and will have artifacts of practice documenting professional growth.
