Strategic Thinking and Planning Diagnostic Overview

This Learning Lab introduces the Strategic Thinking and Planning Library and engages leaders and their teams in a reflective process of identifying current strengths and opportunities for growth in continuous improvement processes and behaviors in their organization. The intended outcomes for this lab are clear direction for what Learning Labs to select for leadership team development and a clear implementation pathway for the associated knowledge and skills.
