Universal Design for Assessments

Teachers will explore how universal design framework can be applied to assessments for their students and classroom. Through Universal Design, barriers students may face during an assessment can be addressed and resolved. Teachers will use an existing assessment used in their class to review how universal design is and can be used to design assessments so that all students’ needs are met in their classroom.
